- The nurses will work as part of a team of PHNs and other RGNs in the health centres within this area
- Involved in various duties and all training will be provided.
- The role includes wound management, client needs based assessment, care planning and implementation of supports to ensure the clients can live in the community.
- It is an extremely interesting and varied role.
