Our technology leadership continues to facilitate developments in areas such as ultra-high-voltage power transmission, enabling smart grids and enhancing eco-efficiency.The Laboratory is a unique test facility for high voltage products. Its main purpose is to perform high quality testing both in the development of new products and in certification of the products for a global market. A large variety of non-routine electrical and mechanical test procedures implies that health and safety is a focused and critical area. • You will be a natural member of Lab Management Team and will represent the lab in HSE related forums as well as the global laboratory organization.
• In this role you will have the chance to develop & maintain HSE part of Lab management system.
• Lead and have ownership of HSE related projects & initiatives and have close collaboration within the Global & High Voltage HSE community.
• Provide leadership and guidance in complying with all local HSE legal requirements and reporting on objectives and progress to milestones and HSE KPI´s.
• Perform HSE audits / inspections and ensure appropriate corrective actions are developed and implemented on a timely basis.
• Evaluate site HSE risks and challenges and develop appropriate risk reduction strategies, including Risk Assessments, ABRA.
• Lead and/or participate in incident investigations and ensure appropriate root causes are identified, and corrective actions are developed / implemented.

Your background

• To be successful in this role, you hold a university degree together with several years of relevant work experience, preferably from an international company.
• Have knowledge and experience within all safety areas, beneficial electrical experience.
• If you have leadership skills and are driven to create a good team spirit, you will thrive in this role.
• The person that we think would be a good match in this role is driven, structured and pedagogical.
• English and Swedish language skills, both written and spoken.
