Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a HTA & RWE Lead Nordics who is organized and proactive to join us in our Nordic Market Access Team. This position can be based in either Sweden or Denmark and will cover the Nordics.About the roleIn your role as the HTA & RWE Lead, you will lead RWE studies and health economics initiatives to support UCB’s portfolio in the Nordics. Supporting market access by providing data and analyses tailored to Nordic payer and HTA requirements to secure optimal reimbursement. And ensuring operational excellence by overseeing vendors, ensuring compliance with UCB RWE procedures, and develop protocols with stakeholders In this role you empower the local access leads by guiding them to initiate high-value RWE projects, enhancing regional impact.This role reports to the HEOR Lead Nordics, aligning with regional objectives and goals.Who you will work withYou will work closely with local and regional teams to integrate HEOR insights into HTA submissions. And foster collaboration by coordinating Nordic efforts, share best practices, and align regional needs with global HEOR teams to deliver fit-for-purpose materials supporting patient access. You facilitate the stakeholder management by being a trusted partner and facilitator towards external specialists such as KOLs, HTA bodies, and policymakers to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with UCB’s objectivesWhat you’ll do

  • In your role you ensure Strategic alignment by Influencing global HEOR plans to meet Nordic payer requirements.
  • Create evidence generation by addressing critical data gaps and execute RWE projects supporting market access.
  • Ensure global HEOR materials address regional payer needs and maximize pipeline value.
  • Ensure adherence to UCB’s RWE procedures.
  • Coordinate interactions with KOLs, HTA bodies, and other external stakeholders, fostering effective partnerships to drive UCB’s value proposition.
  • Guide access leads to execute impactful RWE initiatives.
  • Work closely with local and regional teams to integrate HEOR insights into HTA submissions.

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

  • You have a master degree/advanced degree in epidemiology, health economics, biostatistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years in HEOR/RWE in pharma, consultancy, academia or healthcare, including registry-based research and publications. Expertise in RWE study design, data analytics, and HTA insights.
  • Strong knowledge of Nordic HTA processes and cost-effectiveness modeling.
  • Proven vendor management and/or cross-functional team management and protocol development capabilities.
  • Language skills: English plus Danish or Swedish
  • Effective coordination and facilitation skills to engage external specialists like KOLs.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and cross-functional team engagement.
