Human Resources Administrator (Kilkenny City)Our client, an exceptional 4-star hotel based in Kilkenny are seeking to recruit a HR Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. This position is crucial for ensuring smooth operation and supporting HR functions for the overall success of the business.Duties:
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR Department
- Support recruitment and selection.
- Drive Training and Development for employees.
- Leading the on boarding and induction cycle
- Overseeing the off-boarding cycle
- Monitoring of Check Ins and reporting on completion
- Performing and tracking of Manual Handling information.
- To work in conjunction with management in relation to further day-to-day administrative functions
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience within the hotel or hospitality industry is desired.
- Possess the ability to operate in an organised and methodical fashion, with excellent attention to detail.
- Be efficient in multi-tasking.
- Be equipped with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection.
