You will play a key role in aligning HR policies with business objectives while fostering an inclusive, high-performing work environment. Key projects include upgrading the HRIS, leading ED&I and reward initiatives, supporting employee relations, and driving talent development.The ideal candidate will have hospitality or retail HR experience, with a proven ability to develop and execute strategic, high-impact HR initiatives. You should be a hands-on leader, confident in managing HR operations across the UK and internationally. Adaptability, quick thinking, and a solutions-focused mindset will be essential in this fast-paced environment.For the right candidate, the salary is up to £80,000, with an annual performance bonus of £12,000.
