We invest in team training with brands to assist them in a field of great importance, such as customer relations.Would you like to be part of our project?We are looking for someone to help us grow in Portugal, in a team of commercial assistants for a prestigious client in the fashion sector!Role Description:Dealing with customer support via chat and emailRequirements:

• Computer literacy;
• Customer orientation;
• Formal and polished language;
• Motivation, dynamism, and proactivity;
• Previous experience in a call center (valued);
• Native or near native level Hungarian (mandatory);
• Knowledge of English (valued).
