Our client, a specialist air conditioning contractor based near Reading, is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a thriving and expanding business, offering a competitive salary of £50,000 – £70,000.In this role, the Project Manager will oversee and deliver commercial sector projects, primarily within the Thames Valley area, with occasional projects spanning from Bristol to Dartford. The Project Manager will manage multiple projects simultaneously, with values ranging from £5,000 to £300,000. Typical works include the installation and replacement of VRV, VRF, split systems, multi-splits, and AHUs.The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a solid technical understanding of HVAC systems, and the ability to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget however, a Senior/Lead Installation Engineer with client facing skills would also be suitable.HVAC Project Manager Salary & Benefits· Basic Salary £50,000-£70,000 DOE

• Discretionary Christmas Bonus
• 08:30-17:30 Monday to Thursday, 08:30-17:00 Friday working hours however, working out of these hours will be required to suit client needs

HVAC Project Manager Job Overview

• Responding to client enquiries
• Forming strong relationships with our clients
• Undertaking survey visits
• Establishing and quoting solutions
• Managing the setup of each project and handing over to the installation team
• Solving any issues that the installers may face during the projects
• Keeping the client updated
• Playing part of the handover at the end of a project
• Being responsible for the post-project documentation.

HVAC Project Manager Job Requirements

• Live within a commutable distance of Reading, Berkshire
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Must hold enhanced DBS or have the ability to obtain this
• Be prepared to travel to sites across the Thames Valley area & along the M4/into Kent
