We recognize diversity and inclusion as the engine to growth and innovation, and continue to lead because we have an exceptional workforce that puts the client at the centre of everything.Your roleAs a HVAC Sales Manager – Key Verticals, you would focus, build & develop key accounts and vertical customers in the growth area, by offering HVAC service solutions.In this role, your key responsibilities will be the following:Development of key national account activity for key vertical and industry customersFocusing on new end customers and industries (key verticals, data center, industry)Responsible for sales account planning and execution offering HVAC service solutionsParticipation and staging at trade fairs and key events for the customer segmentCoordination with the European and global Carrier key account group to develop and execute key account development & sales plan in the regionPreparation and presentation of holistic commercial & industrial HVAC solutions to key accounts/ external stakeholders, for e.g. service/ retrofit/ upgrade.Internal reporting and presentation of key account development planWho we’re looking forAs part of our business development team, you should have the following:Business development/ sales experience in HVAC industryExperience on the UK marketExperience with data centers and Industry/ hospitality is a plusAdaptable, enjoys fast paced environment and able to excel in a matrix environmentTeam player as well as individual contributorStrong communication and presentation skillsUK driving licenceWhat we offerWe offer excellent development opportunities, an attractive salary and exceptional benefits including the following:Attractive salary + SIPCompany vehicle or car allowanceLife insurancePension scheme25 days holiday + bank holidaysPossibility to develop within company’s structuresYour journey with usYour journey with us is designed to be fair and beneficial.
