IAM AnalystWe are currently searching for an IAM analyst for an education institution in Zurich. The client is searching for a senior analyst with experience in requirements/solutions engineering, project management, and IAM architecture. The institution does not have a standard enterprise environment, so the types of devices that need to be included in their identity perimeter will vary heavily. This means you will need to think outside the box to create custom IAM solutions on a semi-regular basis. This being said, a large part of the role will be stakeholder management and requirements engineering, meaning that you will have to understand if a customer solution needs to be made, if the solution already exists, or if the stakeholder needs to modify their requests.In addition, you will be working with a team of six other IAM specialists to help design these solutions based on Microsoft Active Director and Entra ID. These mean you will be constantly contributing to new IAM architectures and solutions throughout your time in the roles.Role and Responsibilities:

• Analyse and evaluate the requirements for identity and access management within the organisation.
• Facilitate the implementation and integration of identity access management solutions into existing systems.
• Collaborate with technology and business teams to understand and address IAM needs and challenges.
• Design and maintain relevant documentation related to identity and access management processes.
• Lease with stakeholders to understand requirements and create solutions within the team to fit their needs.

Key Skills:

• Fluency in German (C1 level) is mandatory for this position.
• Proven experience as a (business) analyst, project manager, product owner, or architect with a strong focus on identity access management (no specific solution or vendor needed).
• Previous experience working in an educational, government, or non-profit setting is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey information and collaboratively work with various stakeholders.
