Read more: .This recruitment is carried out anonymously.We are looking for an enthusiasticICT ARCHITECT, PRODUCTION PROCESSto join us in Metsä Group ICT Services unit in our Espoo or Tampere offices to focus on architecture of Production process areas services and solutions.What will you get to do?The Manufacturing Process ICT Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the ICT architecture supporting manufacturing process. You collaborate with your ICT colleagues, ICT vendors and production process business counterparts to optimize production efficiency, enhance system reliability, and drive digital transformation in Metsä Group’s ICT production process environment. You participate in production process development initiatives and contribute to strategical investments’ plans to ensure that production process ICT technology and architecture is up to date, both from current and future state point of view.Managing Production process ICT architecture development work in Metsä Group you get to:

• Participate MES- and other production ICT core technologies’ lifecycle planning , deployment and management.
• Participate in new strategical mill investments projects from production ICT technology point of view
• Ensure mill production process efficiency with enabling e.g. cloud, AI and analytical capabilities for both current and future mills
• Be and active member in creating plans and performing actions for continuity management

What kind of skills are we looking for?

• Experience from mission critical systems ICT architecture development, planning, lifecycle management and/or maintenance.
• Passion for long term production process area ICT architecture development.
• You have participated strategical investments and have a clear vision of successful ICT architectural design in such programs.
• Ability to work independently but at the same being an active team member that manages stakeholders and takes responsibility on selected areas.
• You are interested to learn new ways of working, bring fresh ideas to development initiatives, search information actively and being a bridge between ICT, business and other stakeholders.
• You have good communication skills, ability to listen and understand business needs, and drive to develop production processes from ICT point of view.
• Fluent English and Finnish skills are required to succeed in this position.

You are either experienced architect in previously mentioned areas or you have passion for development to be one. You need to be able to handle a number of concurrent initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders in order to succeed in this role. You are able to understand production process ICT technology requirements and provide solutions to them. You are development orientated and can actively turn development initiatives into actions. Your focus is in quality results and long-term development.
