About the Position
- Lead client onboarding projects, ensuring a smooth transition to the Seamless platform.
- Be the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and expectations.
- Customize and configure the platform to meet client needs.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure successful adoption.
- Work closely with product, development, and support teams to deliver high-quality implementations.
- Identify and solve challenges quickly, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For✅ Essential:
- Experience in project management, preferably within the digital transformation space of the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel occasionally, mostly within the Nordics.
✅ Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of insurance portfolio migrations.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, AWS.
- Experience working with Scandinavian companies.
- Norwegian language proficiency is a plus.
