The Implementation Project Manager II will be responsible for the overall coordination, project management and delivery of Rackspace products and services for our customers, with the goal of ensuring Rackspace delivers their environment in a secure, reliable, high-performing and scalable support ready state.This Racker is also in position to help drive revenue materialisation where the focus is to efficiently bring the customer’s environments from design to deployment and Business as Usual (BAU). The right person will also work well and coordinate with other Rackers that are helping to deliver the project.The builds will range from very simple to highly complex engagements for which the Project Manager will minimize risk, optimize operations and support business growth through pro-active and personable interactions.Please note this position will require being in our Hayes office minimum 2 days per week\nKey Accountabilities
