At Droppe, we unlock opportunities for our team to grow every day, think big, deliver results, and stay frontline-obsessed—always close to our customers.TasksWe are looking for a driven individual to join our Founding Sales team as an Inbound Account Executive, focusing on Sweden. Your primary role will be to engage with inbound leads, solve acute operational needs, and guide operations managers toward adopting scalable procurement processes.At Droppe, we believe sales is not an art—it’s a process. The most successful salespeople don’t rely on instincts or creativity. They master the fundamentals of the sales process and follow it rigorously. We believe that when you treat sales as a process, it becomes predictable, scalable, and repeatable across your entire team.You’ll work closely with operations managers at individual locations to land critical sourcing opportunities, expand into broader purchasing needs, and consolidate recurring categories into structured catalogs using Droppe’s platform. By addressing challenges like fragmented orders or urgent product needs, you’ll help clients transition to a scalable, efficient ordering process.What You Will Be Doing
