Having a healthy financial basis, we continue to expand our personnel organization and offer attractive positions at several European sites.TasksYour Business and Area of ResponsibilityOur customers are local and multinational manufacturers of Adhesives, Composites, Coatings, Resins & Binders, Polymers, Polyurethanes, Rubber, etc.

• You support our field sales in CZ-SK and DACH region with system entries, order processing and administrative tasks.
• You act as a reliable contact for industrial customers, supporting sales activities; internally you collaborate with our Product Managers and Field Sales.
• You handle post-sales activities, including interaction with logistics and professional communication with customers to address changes, delays, overdue payments, and other logistical challenges.
• You handle occasional claims and complaints professionally.
• You conduct market research via phone and email to gather insights and opportunities.
• You prepare offers and follow up in coordination with field sales.
• You process incoming orders and report/implement negotiation results into our CRM system.
• You follow up our sample process.

RequirementsYour Profile & TalentsYou are looking for a chance to grow in international business and to work with a company where performance, initiatives, teamwork as well as loyalty is rewarded!Experience in chemical business is not a condition. With the help of your colleagues you will learn on the job.

• You are a „SALES personality“ with a service-oriented attitude.
• You have 2+ years of experience within a B2B sales organization, working with all level of stakeholders, preferably within a wholesale company.
• You have a high degree of resilience and organizational skills.
• You have an accurate work-style and a hands-on personality.
• You are a team player, eager to learn and are interested in understanding processes and connections.
• You have excellent communication skills, being business fluent in Czech, Slovak, German and English.
• You have profound experience with CRM-/ERP-systems.
• You have good MS Office skills.
