If you also have an extraordinary passion for top performance and problem solving, then become part of our global team!Let’s shape the future together!Insurance Manager for Group Insurance Management (f/m/*)What are my responsibilities?Our department Financial Services (FS FIN INS) is looking for support and assigns the following tasks:

• Manage and control insurance-related activities with international brokers, insurers and loss adjusters across all lines of multinational insurance programs of Primetals Technologies and Primetals Technologies Japanese parent company within Primetals Technologies group (Headquarter Function)
• Being the global contact point for Primetals Technologies entities in respect of insurance related topics
• Maintain an active dialogue with the key stakeholders including Primetals Technologies Japanese parent company to ensure that insurance cover reflects the changing shape of the business
• Assess the insurance-related terms and conditions of contracts with international customers, consortium partners and subcontractors
• Provide insurance-related expertise and advice for internal preparation of insurance claims of all Primetals Technologies insurances within Primetals Technologies group
• Investigate, negotiate and allocate claims with international loss adjusters, brokers and insurers
• Collect, prepare and provide data and information for internal and external partners

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• University degree (business administration, law or engineering) or similar
• Ideally, more than 5 years of experience in (international) insurance business (broker, insurer, company insurance department)
• Familiarity with multinational insurance programs
• Expert knowledge (preferably in liability insurance and/or construction all risks insurance and/or marine/cargo insurance and solid knowledge of additional lines of business e.g. professional indemnity, property /BI, cyber, D&O.)
• English – fluent in written and spoken
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Readiness to travel (approximately 10%)

Finally, you have the ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a team in your own area of expertise.What else do I need to know? The minimum annual gross salary for this position under the collective agreement and assuming that all requirements are met is EUR 52.197,04 (F/00) or EUR 61.022,78 (G/00). This could rise considerably, depending on qualifications and experience.
