We have one of the largest financial services consulting teams in Finland and a true passion for helping the industry through this transformation. We want to grow the share of our insurance business significantly and for this purpose, we are looking for an Insurance Segment Lead to join us.In your work, you will for example:

• Lead insurance segment development and growth together with the team. The most important task is managing client relationships, active go-to market and covering lead generations, sales and planning activities for the segment.

• Lead project teams and client engagements, support clients throughout the project execution. Engagement work can cover f.ex. assesments, implementations and transformation on topics such as core-insurance transformation, new operation model development and change management programs, insurance underwriting and pricing assessments or clarifying the strategic ambition of the business transformation programs/sub-streams.

• Bring industry insight into product and service offering development.

• Support the industry leaders in strategic planning, e.g. decisions on targeted accounts, required offering and capabilities.

We are looking for:

• Around 5-10 years of experience in consulting or significant industry experience

• Knowledge and previous experience in working with different insurance areas, such as life & health and/or P&C

• Development-oriented mindset and prior experience from leading insurance related development projects or programs

• Experience in professional services sales and business development

• Academic degree in relevant field

• Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English (written and spoken), language skills in other Nordic languages and German are considered as an advantage

In addition, we consider as an advantage:

• Experience in different insurance core-systems (for example Guidewire, Sapiens)

• Knowledge or experience of actuarial science/insurance mathematics

• Knowledge of the most important (core) insurance processes, such as policy and claims
