This can be an interim assignment, or a permanent position which you could start within a couple of weeks for our external client in the B2B e-commerce business. You will be on-site approximately 3-4 days a week but will work exclusively with the client.You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of our clients’ digital activities and platforms like CMS and ecommerce performance. This individual will be responsible for analyzing ecommerce and website performance data, implementing A/B tests, and optimizing web pages to increase conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, web development, and data analysis.Key Responsibilities:
- Conversion Rate Optimisation: Develop and execute strategies to improve conversion rates across various client digital properties. Identify key conversion metrics and set benchmarks for success.
- Data Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other analytics platforms to track and analyze website performance. Generate reports and provide actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Reporting and Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical techniques to analyze data and generate meaningful insights.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop and implement predictive models to forecast future trends and outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analytics and continuously improve analytical methodologies. Conduct A/B testing when feasible.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Others: Work with marketing and web development, product, and sales teams to ensure that CRO initiatives are aligned with overall business goals. Work closely with UX designers to create user-centered designs that enhance user engagement and conversion rates. Ensure that CRO strategies are aligned with SEO best practices to maintain and improve organic search rankings for clients.
Key competences:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience with analytics tools, CMS and ecommerce platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with data visualization.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
