The Engineers we placed here consistently praise their supportive culture and plentiful growth opportunities.The company’s dynamic duo of Directors is looking to expand their Electrical team with an Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer. If you’ve got at least 2 years of industry experience-whether with an Engineering consultancy or contractor (as long as you’ve been design-focused)-you might be just the person they’re searching for.The team is a close-knit group of 25 across MEP, with big plans for 2025, including launching a sustainability division. Their London Bridge office offers a flexible working arrangement: four days in the office and one from home (typically Friday).Their projects span high-end retail, bespoke luxury residential, commercial offices, and some aviation. While they’re already leaders in the retail space, their growth plan includes branching into commercial, higher education, and even pharma sectors, thanks to solid client relationships.In this role, you’ll work on diverse projects, focusing on design using software like Amtech and AutoCAD. While MEP Revit experience isn’t mandatory, it’s a bonus-their established BIM department has you covered. Beyond the design desk, you’ll gain exposure to all project stages, including on-site experience and representing the company in Design Team Meetings (DTMs) with clients and contractors.What sets this business apart is its genuine care for its people.
