For more information, visit:As Patria’s growth continuesPatria’s Group Communications is looking for an Internal Communications Managerfor our Tampere office in a permanent employment relationship as part of our communications team.As the Internal Communications Manager, you have the opportunity to do significant work in the field of communications. Your task is to lead internal communications, aiming to increase dialogue within the Patria People community. In your work, you ensure equal and transparent communication within the organization and support the needs of change management throughout the company through communication.Your main responsibility is to lead and develop internal communications in collaboration with the corporate communications director, the communications team, and various functions at Patria. Your goal is to improve the fluency of communication throughout the company and among Patria People in all our operating countries. Patria’s corporate communications play a significant role in sharing up-to-date information between all functions and units in all Patria’s operating countries.You will be part of Patria corporate communications team, which is responsible for the entire group’s communications, including external and internal communications, media relations, financial and sustainability communications, the Patria brand, as well as digital channels and social media.What kind of professional are we looking for:We are looking for an open-minded communications professional. You already have strong previous experience in internal communications and managing communication entities. You understand how change management can guide communication and can guide others to succeed in communication within the organization and, if necessary, externally.We expect the selected person to have:

• Several years of experience in demanding communication tasks, preferably with expertise in change communications
• Experience in international organizations and working with various functions
• Strong evidence of both internal and external organizational communication
• Interest in developing internal channels and utilizing various communication channels and content formats to promote internal communication and increase dialogue
• Excellent written expression, editing, and proofreading skills in both Finnish and English
