The Opportunity:As an Internal Product Specialist based in Helsinki, Finland, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales by providing commercial support to both external and internal customers. This hybrid role requires you to visit the office once a week, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment. Your key responsibilities will include responding to product and application inquiries, identifying customer needs, promoting suitable solutions, preparing competitive quotations, and managing product-related quality feedback to support long-term customer satisfaction and business growth.What We’re Looking For

• Educational Background: A degree in chemistry is required; a MSc in chemistry or chemical engineering is preferred.
• Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in advising customers on technical, chemical, or laboratory products.
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge and/or experience in tender legislation is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Finnish and English.

• Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers and colleagues within laboratory products.
• Quotation Management: Create, negotiate, and follow up on quotations.
• Sales Proactivity: Proactively sell the dedicated product range and cross-sell other product ranges.
• Training: Train colleagues in dedicated product ranges.
• Tender Participation: Participate in tender work, find products, and answer technical requirements.
• Market Intelligence: Follow market trends within the dedicated product range and build market intelligence.
• Marketing Activities: Participate in customer visits, exhibitions, customer events, and other marketing activities as needed.
• Collaboration: Cooperate closely with local, regional, and European colleagues within the dedicated product range.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
