Reporting into Talent Acquisition Lead, you will take ownership of the day-to-day recruitment administration such as coordinating interviews, formatting job ads, advertising vacancies and taking ownership of the onboarding process from offer acceptance through to first day.You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead focusing on delivering a high-quality recruitment service that meets the needs of the business and driving for direct hires where possible. You will have a proactive, can-do attitude and be a key contributor building our future talent pool and sourcing candidates directly.As you develop market knowledge and gain a better understanding of the roles within BCN, you will be given the opportunity to take on more responsibility screening candidates, building relationships, interviewing, and being at the forefront of candidate interaction.A recruitment bonus is available per direct hire.Responsibilities:

  • Formatting job adverts and advertising job openings on careers page, job boards, social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed)
  • Competitor market research
  • Resourcing responsibilities including sourcing candidates direct through LinkedIn or other relevant channels.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Keeping track of our internal ATS and maintaining the system
  • Managing the onboarding process from offer acceptance to first day, this includes keeping in contact with candidates, ensuring systems, access and equipment is ready for their first day and creation of induction schedules.
  • Ad-hoc admin duties as and when required.
  • Supporting the TA Lead with screening candidates as and when required
  • Developing a pool of engaged talent for future hiring needs
  • Shortlisting candidates for screening

Person, Skills & Experience:

  • A passion for recruitment and sourcing the best talent
  • Exposure to IT or related sector, working within a fast-moving environment
  • Self-motivated and resilient
  • Extremely well-organized and pro-active approach, able to prioritise and effectively manage your own time
  • Exposure to recruitment resourcing, sourcing candidates directly through LinkedIn would be advantageous
  • Personable approach, great communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as candidates
