Overview:Ensure compliance with and implementation of customer-specific work processes and procedures. Responsible for the effective co-ordination, progress chasing and management of all required communications specific to the day-to-day import/export of shipments, in line with customer requirements and contractual agreements in place. Responsibilities:

• Entry of shipments and processing of import – export orders
• Supporting and advising the customers and agents
• Preparation and monitoring of quotation offers
• Ensuring and processing billing to customers
• Processing of special orders, as well as complaints
• Preparation of delivery dockets, customs documents, etc.
• Monitoring appointments
• Documentation and optimization of workflows
• Support of supervisors in projects
• Documentation and filing of files
• Performing general administrative tasks
• Execute all Dangerous Goods shipments in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (as applicable).

Qualifications:

• Completed training in freight forwarding
• Completed training and professional courses in the field of export, DG (Dangerous Goods)
• Professional experience in the commercial area of air freight Imp – Exp.
