To grow our global team in Tervakoski, we are currently looking for anINTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGERAs the world’s leading company in specialty and functional papers, we strive to create sustainable paper solutions that impact the eco-friendliness of our everyday lives. Now, we’re looking for a driven and dynamic International Sales Manager to join our team in Tervakoski, Finland.As our new International Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our world leading presence in technically demanding and fast-growing markets. Your primary focus will be on electrical insulation papers, with opportunities to grow into other product areas within our portfolio.Your key responsibilities:

• Serving our existing customers and developing our business in dedicated markets, customer groups and product areas.
• Active new customer acquisition in your markets.
• Conducting market research and provide strategic insight to support business growth.
• Collaborate closely with our local team and our international sales network.
• Backup responsibilities within team.

Your profile:

• A strong interest in international sales with technical understanding and product expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – you build trust and long-term relationships with ease.
• Fluent in English, additional language skills are an asset.
• Experience in B2B industrial product sales; experience in paper or board sales is a plus.
• High willingness to travel internationally.
• Independent, proactive and result-oriented mindset.
• Good collaboration skills in a multicultural environment.
• Pro-activeness in search for new business opportunities.
• Passion for customer service, sales and delivering high-quality solutions.
• You live and understand the concept of value sales.
