As our new TA Partner, you’ll play a key role – primarily across Europe – in delivering a high-quality end-to-end recruitment experience that helps fuel our ambitious journey.Your Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand business needs and design tailored hiring strategies.
• Proactively drive sourcing activities, attract and engage top candidates, and ensure a premium experience every step of the way.
• Champion our employer brand across channels and touchpoints.
• Leverage data and market insights to inform recruitment decisions and continuously improve processes.
• Drive strategic projects that elevate recruitment as a discipline.

What You Bring

• Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills.
• Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English – and preferably French or German.
• Skilled in structured interviewing and assessment techniques.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
