Our radiation therapy for cancer makes treatment shorter, safer, personalized and more effective, ultimately enabling patients to live longer, better lives.Job DescriptionPOSITION TITLE: International Trade Compliance CoordinatorSUMMARY:The International Trade Compliance Coordinator will support the Logistics Operations and assist with the proper distribution of the Company’s goods. This position is remote based in Europe, India, Middle East and Africa (EIMEA).He/She plays a key role in ensuring that the requirements and business processes associates with cross-border movements function effectively, notably by identifying risks, and preventing and mitigating damages related to the customs laws of countries across EIMEA.He/she is also expected to support up to 20% the global compliance team with regards to global processes and/or tools.REPORTING TO/DEPARTMENT:

  • The Senior Director of Project Management & Revenue EIMEA (solid line).
  • The Senior Manager for Global Logistics (dotted line).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Finished Goods (New Systems & Upgrades)

  • Coordinate Imports for direct countries and Support Distributors for smooth logistics and custom clearance, as well as export for reverse flows
  • Manage all necessary documentation required for import/export.
  • Act as the principal contact for Carrier, Broker.
  • Support deliveries of Systems, Upgrade as well as spare parts or tools to Installers.
  • Contribute actively to timely meet of Revenue objectives.

Trade Compliance

  • Put in place necessary processes and tools to reduce compliance risk and improve delivery to customers.
  • Provide guidance and support for sales and service contracts Terms & Condition.
  • Ensure all exports comply with applicable export laws, regulations, and sanctions if any. In particular supporting the Global organization understanding and developing global compliance guidelines / work instruction
  • Improve and create necessary documentation to meet compliance requirements and support internal and external customers.
  • Provide support on Master Data Maintenance (CI Tool / SAP) for the region and globally
  • Support the global team for the item’s classification (spare parts and product HS code selection)
  • Ad hoc travel to the Head Office in the USA (Madison Wisconsin) might be required.

The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the above-mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in a Supply Chain and Import/Export Compliance role in related Medical &/or Engineering industry.
  • Experience in European and international foreign trade and export control law/regulations including sanctions.
  • Knowledge of US Export & Import Control regulations.
  • Experienced with International Logistics including export/import documentation.
  • Solid Network of Logistic, Custom broker and Logistic provider.
  • Mastering MS Office Tools and Experienced with ERP Systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask with a high level of initiative and motivation.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.
  • Experienced with stressful environments (Sense of Urgency).
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (additional European language preferred).
