We are an accelerator and incubator that supports entrepreneurs with coaching, capital, and networks to help them grow.Sting Holding is a subsidiary and business branch within Sting that handles our investments and holdings in portfolio companies. In the role of Investment Coordinator, you will be part of a small and agile team working in the heart of Stockholm’s startup ecosystem, alongside two other colleagues. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with entrepreneurs, investments, and innovation.About the positionAs an Investment Coordinator, you will take on a key role in the administration and ongoing management of our investments and portfolio companies. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our investments and holdings are managed effectively to finance Sting’s operations and contribute to long-term sustainability.Given the high volume of investments and portfolio companies we manage, it’s vital to work in a scalable, systematic way, leveraging technology to maintain efficiency and uphold quality standards.Key Responsibilities

• Documentation and Agreements: Oversee and manage all agreements and documentation related to investments and corporate changes.
• Portfolio Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of our holdings, including valuations and comprehensive reporting.
• Relations with Startups: Collaborate and communicate with our portfolio companies to ensure seamless processes and strong relationships.
• Process Optimization: Continuously refine and enhance internal processes to improve the management of investments and holdings.

• Detail-Oriented and Structured: You have an exceptional eye for detail and approach tasks methodically to ensure accuracy.
• Background in Finance or Technology: Experience in accounting, finance, or similar fields will be considered an asset.
• Strong Communicator: You thrive in team environments and excel at managing external relationships with stakeholders.
• Passion for Startups and Innovation: You’re enthusiastic about learning more about venture capital, entrepreneurship, and the startup ecosystem
