You are a fast-moving, agile professional who can quickly identify new opportunities and structure them accordingly.As a Investment Manager, you will be crucial in expanding our secured debt portfolio. You possess a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and excel in customer-centric selling. Your ability to tackle challenges, close deals securely but with good momentum, and prioritize client needs will ensure exceptional service and significant growth for the Bank.Key Accountabilities:
- Deal Closing: Identify, pursue, and close high-value investment opportunities.
- Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with market trends and economic conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure favourable terms for the Bank.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate and manage risks associated with new deals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met.
- Proposal Management: Prepare and present compelling investment proposals.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
The Ideal Candidate:
- You have strong experience in leverage financing and/or high-yield markets, particularly in the management of secured assets and/or debt structuring.
- You are deal flow-oriented and outgoing, with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficiency in Swedish and fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and independent working style.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in changing situations.
- Over 10 years of experience in sales, deal structuring, or credit origination.
