Our Support Funnel Team is on a mission to transform how millions of users get help, creating seamless and intelligent self-service experiences directly inside the Wolt app.As an iOS Engineer in this team, you’ll help craft the future of support at Wolt. We’re building towards a conversation-first UI, where chat-based flows integrate smart automation with meaningful human connection. This is where elegant native technology meets empathy and we’re just getting started.What you’ll be doingJoin us in building thoughtful, beautiful, and high-impact features that change how users experience support.Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

• Build and ship smooth, intuitive iOS features that support self-service experiences in the Wolt app.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to ideate, prototype, and ship new support flows.
• Contribute to the architecture and technical vision for support on iOS.
• Work hands-on with Swift, SwiftUI, and modern Apple frameworks to create high-quality, performant experiences.
• Integrate smart, context-aware widgets into our chat interface, bringing clarity and convenience to users.
• Monitor app health and performance using real-world telemetry, continuously improving user experience.

Our humble expectationsWe’re looking for a product-minded engineer with a passion for clean UX, robust code, and collaborative problem-solving.

• 4-6 years of experience building high-quality iOS applications with Swift and SwiftUI.
• Strong ownership of the full development lifecycle, including testing and release.
• Experience with monitoring and debugging production apps using telemetry and analytics.
• A good eye for interaction design, including animations and micro-interactions.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working across design, product, and backend teams.
• Bonus: Familiarity with architectures like TCA and tooling such as GitHub Actions.
