Our team is dedicated to crafting seamless digital experiences and empowering organizations to thrive in the digital age.Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the IT vendors for end users support, procurement IT materials and services for Stockholm Office & Gävle coffee factory.
  • Spearhead intelligent automation / digitalization initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to streamline processes and drive efficiency. Serve as a subject matter expert in Microsoft O365, providing strategic guidance and support in utilizing Power Platforms and Power BI to unlock actionable insights.
  • Embrace an autonomous working style, taking ownership of projects and change initiatives from inception to execution.
  • Cultivate a customer-centric mindset, delivering exceptional support and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Assist users with technical issues, guiding them to service desk or other appropriate resources when necessary for timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain local application register and other technical documentation.
  • Hardware and software resource management, understand departmental and organizational needs to ensure effective allocation of resources. Ensuring that inventory is maintained for selected hardware and that equipment is properly assigned.
  • Working together with global information systems team ensure that all IT activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
  • Travelling once a month to Gävle / Stockholm and / or other offices in Scandinavia.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support, application support, system administration, or a similar role.
  • Preferred experience in Intelligent Automation, Microsoft O365 (Power Platforms, Power BI), UIPath, and SAP.
  • Demonstrated autonomy in managing projects and change initiatives.
  • Strong customer orientation with excellent support skills in common applications, particularly within the O365 suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for driving technological innovation and business transformation.
