Afin de mieux répondre à vos enjeux, tous nos consultants sont spécialisés par secteur d’activité et zone géographique.POSTEYour Responsibilities:– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand both strategic and operational needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements– Analyze existing systems and propose improvements or innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and performance– Take part in the design and development of new applications or software features, working closely with technical teams– Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of functional specifications, technical requirements, and business process flows– Serve as a bridge between business teams and IT to ensure mutual understanding and alignment of objectives– Conduct testing and validation to ensure quality and proper implementation of IT solutions– Provide technical support to end users and participate in user training if needed– Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and ensure compliance with internal proceduresPROFILYour Profile:– University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field– Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the medical, biotech, or healthcare industry– Solid technical skills, including knowledge of databases, programming languages (PHP is a plus), and integration tools– Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)– Strong analytical skills, ability to identify business needs, and propose efficient, technology-driven solutions– Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment– Excellent communication skills in French (written and spoken); English proficiency is highly desirable.
