DescriptionThe IT Business Partner (m/f/d) will support a variety of INNIO functions like Finance, HR, Legal and Sales across the world in achieving their targets. The IT Business Partner (m/f/d) will be responsible for providing overall IT strategic direction, IT projects planning and execution, business processes improvements and operational excellence. The role will report to the Head of IT Business Solutions.At INNIO we offer you:

Your Responsibilities:

• Support business functions in turning into data-driven and highly automated ones, provide respective IT vision and direction
• Discuss IT-demands with business functions, advise on needs in terms of hardware, software and infrastructure, ensure business cases development, plan and prioritize feature backlog, assist on / manage IT-projects implementation, perform ongoing benefits review, transparently communicate back to business stakeholders
• Own the lifecycle, TCO and license management of legacy functional applications (20+ apps), negotiate with vendors / contractors
• Actively manage stakeholders, promote Business-IT alignment and ensure ownership of data, systems and processes
• Collaborate with IT internal teams (ERP, CRM, BI, etc.) securing timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Strong working experience in Finance (preferably), HR or Legal and good understanding of respective business processes
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Clear business process thinking, ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions and technical issues into business terms
• Ability to conduct business in English and ideally in German
