Then you might be our next IT Chapter Lead in the Risk & Compliance Tribe.As an IT Chapter Lead, you will be responsible for several developers, primarily located in Denmark, while also being a key member of one of our high-priority generative AI development team. This role combines hands-on development tasks with supervising and inspiring your chapter members to grow and improve, acting as a playing coach.Define best practice and lead a skilled teamYou will be the HR manager for a group of skilled software engineers that spans GenAI, Cloud, and .NET developers; being accountable for them to grow both on a professional and on a personal level. This includes classical HR responsibilities, performance reviews, trainings and recruitment activities.While you are part of the GenAI integration squad in the Risk & Compliance tribe and delivering towards sprint goals together with your colleagues, you will – together with other IT Chapter Leads and Product Owners, focus on creating an encouraging and collaborative environment through inclusive and empowering leadership.You will furthermore help define and implement best practice engineering guidelines by participating in one of our many software engineering Guilds that spans several Tribes and work closely together with the IT Tribe Lead, IT Chapter Area Leads, Product Owners and other IT Chapter Leads.Experienced leader with Cloud and GenAI development experienceWe are seeking a leader who embodies a proactive approach in their work and motivates others. You should have a solid understanding of IT architecture and hands-on experience in solution design, including integrating generative AI into existing and new products. Additionally, you should bring:

• Experienced leadership skills, with several years of experience and an engineering background.
• High quality standards in past software engineering projects.
• Experience with prompt engineering and pre- and post-model invocation processing.
• Ability to design, develop, integrate, and operate AI solutions for business users.
• Experience with AI in Python, including frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Haystack 2.0, and Hugging Face.
• Good understanding of NLP, LLMs, principles of generative pre-trained transformers, and RAG strategies.
• Danish as a native language, advanced English skills, and residence in Denmark (Greater Copenhagen Area).
