We’re looking for an IT Engineer to join our global technology powerhouse, specialized in energy and dedicated to enabling a more sustainable future.We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer to join our team, with a primary focus on resolving third-level tickets in User Access Management. The ideal candidate will work closely with our first and second-line User Access teams and Automation Engineers to ensure efficient and secure access solutions for our clients. Your contributions:As our IT Engineer you will:Establish and document new procedures for User Access Management.Work with customers on onboarding them to Cegal with regards to User Access Management.Collaborate with Automation Engineer to identify areas which can be automated.Documentation of new features and maintenance of current documents. To thrive in this role we believe you share our passion for technology and interest in learning, and that you probably have:Solid IT competence and hands-on experienceKnowledge and experience with Active DirectoryBasic PowerShell scripting skillsUnderstanding of IT security principlesProactive mindset with a strong sense of ownershipA collaborative, team-oriented approac Experience with Microsoft Azure services, particularly:Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)Azure AD Sync ClientMicrosoft 365Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) If we are lucky you also have:Familiarity with Group Policy Objects (GPO)Understanding of auditing and compliance standards such as GDPRAwareness of ISO standards related to user access controlExperience with Distributed File System (DFS)Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) Why us?Because at Cegal – You matter .
