As IT Enterprise Systems Specialist will focus on integrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting general business systems, such as MES and ERP, while supporting digital solutions to enhance business operations. This role is essential in ensuring secure, compliant, and reliable IT infrastructure within business environments.Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global and regional IT teams to deploy and support standardized business solutions, ensuring consistency across sites and alignment to IT standard processes and industry standards.
- Collaborate integrating business systems into the enterprise network, ensuring smooth functionality and alignment to internal processes.
- Partner with Digital Teams to support and implement digital transformation projects, including new technology rollouts and upgrades to enhance business productivity.
- Work closely with multi-functional teams, including Quality, Compliance, and Operations, to identify and implement solutions that optimize business processes and data workflows.
- Lead multiple projects, coordinating documentation, scope, and schedules, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify and recommend system, hardware, and software improvements, focusing on enhanced security, operational efficiency, and increased satisfaction for business users.
- Handle Incident and Request tickets logged via ServiceNow system, providing timely support and resolution for business IT systems, in accordance with associated SLA’s and priorities.
- Coordinate with IT teams and vendors globally to swiftly address system issues, ensuring system availability and supporting daily application use.
- Act as a liaison Business and IT, collecting requirements for system improvements and implementations.
- Collaborate with IT Quality to create, review, and handle departmental documentation, including SOPs, system reports, user requirements, and asset inventory, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
- Maintains and performs periodic user reviews of main IT systems.
- Promote Cybersecurity and serve as Knowledge-sharing liaisons on site.
- Generate database queries to extract data.
- Maintain Automated Processes (Power Automate) and Dashboards (Power Bi) to improve site’s processes.
- Lead, support, and encourage usage of visual management tools/boards for critical metrics.
- Actively participate in the site’s Data Integrity Team, promoting standard processes, supporting data integrity initiatives, and ensuring business systems meet regulatory data integrity standards.
- Prepare for and support quality or client audits (internal and external, including those by FDA, AIFA, or similar agencies), implementing corrective actions and system adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
- Master or bachelor’s degree in the field of Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science.
- At least 2 years’ experience in IT Application Support or IT Business Analyst.
- Experience with full life cycle system implementations (requirements, build, testing, training) and business process improvements.
- Practical knowledge in GMPs and Regulatory Compliance.
- Experience with ERP (SAP) and/or MES Systems (such as PharmaSuite and PMX).
- Data analysis – Must have proficiency with MS SQL DB, Oracle DB, Microsoft Excel, etc.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, etc.
- Proficient English and Italian.
