We are looking for an experienced IT people manager with an IT development background who will lead development, maintenance & operations of API´s, microservices and systems within the sales and order management domain.The role involves leading internal employees and multiple large teams of externals situated on-site, near- and off-shore doing development, maintenance and operations of our Engagement, sales and Order management systems.Impact at scale | digitize the way we do businessYour contribution will accelerate development processes and further improve operational quality and push to modernize and streamline our applications.Your new role | what will you doYou will own the systems and lead the teams to excel in delivering to our business and:Act as resource Owner and secure compliance to legal and security requirementsBe IT system owner and responsible for solution architectureManage and lead the team of developers, testers and solution architects to excellenceSecure personnel growth and development plans for team members.Have budget and contract ownership and responsibility.Support working in the SAFE agile frameworkBe delivery responsible for the team activitiesBe part of the IT Management Team.Be part of the Telia Denmark transition to NorlysYou have a- or can obtain a Danish national security clearance.You assist with identification areas for improvement, working closely with technical leads and teams to ensure the solution effectively addresses priorities and overseeing tactical execution of efforts.Oversee the team’s backlog of user stories and serve as a subject matter expert on features, user stories, and product capabilitiesServe as key resource to development team to answer questions, provide clarifications, and conduct and coordinate business validationAssess critical issues on existing processes, perform improvements to existing capabilities and communicate consistently and clearly with all concerned partiesDefine and develop milestones to ensure alignment and visibility for team and system improvementsBe responsible for operational and development KPIsSecure that all systems have updated LCM plans and track any security vulnerabilitiesWho you are | System hands on experience | stakeholder managementYou are an experienced people manager and leaderYou have had hands on skills as a developer in the engagement, sales & order management domainYou are familiar with developing and using APIsYou have the overview of very complex system architectures and still see the devil in the detail.The position requires the ability to understand strategic impacts but concentrates on the day-to-day details in order to ensure tactical execution.
