Your mission? To work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across IT and business functions to support and advise on strategic projects, provide analysis, structure decision-making, and improve IT management practices.You’ll be at the core of high-impact initiatives ranging from IT strategy, sourcing and governance to process improvements and cross-departmental transformations. This role is not just about managing projects, it’s about solving the right problems, building clarity, and enabling leadership to make informed decisions.We are a team that thrives on collaboration, trust, and a “Can-Do Attitude.” We believe in simplifying the complex, backing our work with data, and creating real value for the business while safeguarding the company and complying with our digital enterprise architecture.How you will contribute to the teamCollaborate with IT leadership and stakeholders to scope, structure and advice on strategic IT projectsDeliver high-quality analysis, presentations and decision support materials that bring clarity to complex problemsSupport and facilitate IT governance, reporting, and roadmap developmentWork across disciplines like cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, architecture, applications to connect dots and improve coordinationAnalyze data, identify trends, and propose actions to support performance, compliance and value creationServe as a sparring partner to leaders and SMEs across IT, enabling better decision-making and executionHelp embed consulting best practices, such as hypothesis-driven problem solving, issue trees, and stakeholder mappingBuild relationships and trust across Satair’s IT landscape and contribute to the broader Airbus ecosystem through alignment and smart reuseYour profileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT or related field5+ years of experience from a management consulting firm or an internal strategy/IT function in a complex organizationProven ability to work independently and keep progress in fast-paced environmentsStrong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solvingExcellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex findings into actionable business insights.
