Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.We are seeking an experienced IT Outsourcing / Third Party Risk Manager to oversee and manage the risks associated with outsourcing and critical third party arrangements. The role involves ensuring that all outsourced activities comply with regulatory, contractual, and security requirements, while supporting risk assessments for third-party relationships, IT sourcing, and other strategic risk areas. This position plays a key role in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, as well as providing holistic oversight and monitoring of outsourcing and third-party engagements.YOUR CHALLENGEIT Sourcing and Risk Management:Develop and maintain the guidelines and procedures within IT with regards to Outsourcing and Third Party Risk ManagementCollaborate with the IT department team members to evaluate and mitigate risks associated with outsourcing and Third Party RiskAssess the security, compliance, and performance risks of IT vendors, particularly in areas like cloud services, data processing, and software developmentEnsure that IT sourcing activities align with the company’s overall risk appetite and sourcing strategy principlesEstablish monitoring mechanisms to track outsourcing and third-party risk performancePrepare regular reports for senior management and risk committees, highlighting risk exposures, mitigation strategies, and compliance issues related to outsourcing and third-party vendorsManage projects, project streams related to IT Governance, Risk or OutsourcingCross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with procurement, legal, compliance, business units and other IT departments to ensure outsourcing and third-party risk management practices are integrated and aligned with organizational objectivesSupport project teams with risk assessments and ensure that risk management principles are applied consistently across outsourcing and third-party engagementsStrong collaboration with CISO department on cyber and information security requirementsRegulatory and Compliance Support:Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements related to outsourcing, third party risk, operational resilienceAssist in internal and external audits related to third-party and outsourcing risksYOUR PROFILEAt least 10 years of experience in the area of risk management, outsourcing, third party risk management ideally within ITSound understanding of regulatory guidelines related to outsourcing, third party risk and operational risksStrong experience in project managementBachelor’s degree or equivalent educationStrong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to outsourcing and third-party risk managementExperience in conducting vendor risk assessments, managing SLAs, and mitigating risks in outsourcing arrangementsProficiency in risk management software and tools, as well as strong data analysis and reporting skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
