• Develop and manage a global IT project portfolio
• Align initiatives with strategic goals across regions and functions
• Lead governance, prioritization, and resource planning
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and reporting

As IT Portfolio Manager, your work will directly support Coloplast’s mission to improve the lives of people with intimate healthcare needs. By ensuring our digital initiatives are aligned, efficient, and impactful, you will help drive innovation and operational excellence across the organization.What You Bring

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification
• 7+ years in IT project/program management, 5+ in portfolio management
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies
