Join our IT Business Process Technology team and bring your passion and talent to work.IT Process Manager FICOMännedorf, SwitzerlandYour contributionIn this role, you will manage and optimize finance-related applications and processes within Tecan’s IT Business Process Technology unit. You will be responsible for the maintenance and implementation of global business processes for finance and controlling, ensuring operational stability and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Group Controlling Team and support various strategic projects.Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing SAP FI/CO modules based on business requirements
• Leading the implementation and maintenance of finance-related applications (Coupa, Treasury, Concur)
• Collaborating with the Group Controlling Team and other process areas (Sales, Service, Supply Chain, HR, Infrastructure)
• Documenting and updating financial systems/modules/software
• Supporting strategic projects and transformation projects (e.g., S/4HANA)
• Providing 2nd and 3rd level support for global SAP-Helpdesk
• Conducting end-user training and support
• Monitoring and improving global business processes and workflows

• Proficient in SAP FI/CO, including end-to-end implementation and rollouts
• Experience in finance or accounting roles
• Cross-functional knowledge in SD, CS, PP, MM, etc.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• SAP Certification and S/4 HANA Finance experience
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude
