In this role you will be end to end responsible (Plan, Build and Operate) for the IT solutions in Logistics, Pricing and FINA area.You will be working closely together with business teams to deliver business value and improved experiences to our customers.   • Plan – Drive and coordinate roadmap planning for the named solutions together with business teams. Accountable for the IT Roadmap
  • Build – Initiating the new developments together with relevant stakeholders and steering the developments from IT point of view
  • Operate – Lead operations and maintenance activities on your application area. Accountable for the business continuity on the responsibility area
  • Manage the vendor co-operation and ensure relevant KPIs are met
  • Work tightly with other stakeholders (Business, IT, Vendors, Center of Excellence, Business Development)
  • Responsible for IT cost management and optimization on the responsibility area

The best combination to succeed in this role

  • Previous experience of working with logistics IT development and operations
  • Experience in leading IT operational activities and knowledge of ITIL / ITSM
  • Experience of managing development together with business and IT team
  • Strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile development (Scrum, scaled Agile models like SAFe)
  • Experience in creating application or product roadmaps and long term planning
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • University level degree in IT or similar relevant education
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English and Finnish

  • Experience in solution design, system development, testing and deployments
  • Experience in application integration methods
  • Ability to lead things forward with strong collaboration skills and clear communication
