We are rapidly developing the business of Tokmanni Group and making significant investments in the development of IT operations. Sustainability is becoming an increasingly important part of our business strategy. We want to help Mr. Tokmanni and his colleagues meet future needs by supporting our business in the areas of HR, Sustainability, and Communication from an IT systems perspective.We are now looking for an IT professional to strengthen our application services team, which consists of skilled and nice colleagues. In your role, you will work as a Product Owner and IT partner for HR and sustainability teams as well as communication experts throughout the Tokmanni Group.Main responsibilitiesYou will work closely with various internal stakeholders and multiple service providers. Within the Tokmanni Group, you will collaborate with HR and Sustainability teams, Communication, IT colleagues, and other business development teams. An important part of your job is to guide service providers in these areas.The requirements brought by sustainability reporting and upcoming directives will bring significant changes to our systems, and you will play a key role in coordinating and enabling these changes from an IT perspective. You will participate in strategic projects as a representative of your area of responsibility and act as a project manager in smaller projects.You will be responsible for an internationally important business area of Tokmanni, where you have the opportunity to influence how things are done.What we expect from you?·Previous experience in similar IT roles either on the client or supplier side·Experience in IT development tasks and project work including cross-functional projects·Ability to align product goals with Business Strategy·Ability to listen and understand diverse stakeholder needs and to translate business needs into technical requirements·Demand Management experience in the defined responsibility area·Experience in managing budgets for digital products or IT initiatives·Willingness to make trade-offs and prioritize features based on value·Ability to forecast, track, and optimize costs across projects and vendors·Basic knowledge of information security and data protection·ITIL process know-how (especially IM, CM and PM)·Familiarity with modern IT development models and ability to work effectively with our suppliers and support our department in implementing modern development models·Backlog Management experience and familiarity with tools like Effecte (MS Office365)·Familiarity with internal communication platforms (SharePoint, MS TEAMS, internet tools, etc)·Basic understanding of data privacy and compliance (e.g. GDPR)·Ability to fluently engage in technical discussions with suppliers and IT colleagues as well as to communicate clearly and practically with communications, HR and sustainability teams and other business units across the company·Willingness to develop and maintain documentation for your area of responsibility·Excellent verbal and written communication skills·Fluent oral and written English skills.
