This is where you come in!In the role as IT Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of projects within the portfolio to plan and successfully deliver IT integrations’ projects to set deadlines
  • Leading both the planning, monitoring and coordinated delivery of all IT activities covering the logistics applications, from initiated project to successful PMI
  • Act as the conduit between development, implementation and local business needs
  • Tracking and providing project status, risks, issues, budget, escalation and scope change management
  • Identifying PMI related risks, inter-dependencies, and taking ownership for developing mitigation plans
  • Establishing effective relationships with key stakeholders in the relevant T&I teams as well as those within the organization of the acquired company.

Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to interact seamlessly with senior stakeholders and individuals at all organizational levels.As an organized planner, you manage your time effectively and prioritize critical tasks, ensuring smooth project execution. You are also a collaborative team player, supportive and solution-focused in various situations.We imagine you at least have a few years of experience in IT project management or management consulting, with a proven track record of delivering IT projects on time, within scope, and on budget.Your practical experience with PMI and IT implementations, coupled with professional understanding of project management principles such as Prince 2, Scrum, or PMP, equips you to handle ambiguity, changing priorities, and tight deadlines with ease.Experience in large IT programs or projects spanning 2-3 years is a plus, as is end-to-end delivery of cross-border IT projects involving large teams.Working at DFDSJoin the movement and grow with us.The position is located at our headquarters in Copenhagen, just 5 minutes from the nearest train & metro station and therefore offers great opportunities if you are commuting from outside Copenhagen.
