  • Develop, maintain, and oversee comprehensive deployment project plans, ensuring that all tasks, timelines, and milestones are clearly defined, properly structured, and efficiently executed.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, facilitating seamless collaboration between technical, operational, and business units to drive successful deployment outcomes.
  • Continuously monitor project progress, proactively identifying potential risks, bottlenecks, or delays, and implementing strategic mitigation plans to keep the project on track.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders by ensuring regular, transparent, and effective communication regarding project status, challenges, and key milestones.
  • Address stakeholder concerns in a proactive manner by providing data-driven insights, proposing viable solutions, and ensuring that deployment strategies align with overall company goals.
  • Drive process optimisation by identifying areas for improvement, standardising best practices, and enhancing scalability to support long-term deployment success.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments at each phase of the deployment process, identifying potential obstacles and implementing well-defined contingency plans to minimise disruption.

QualificationsEducation Background:

  • Bachelors in IT or Engineering.

Experience:

  • More than 3 years of experience in managing mid-size projects.
  • Experience in maximising delivered value through close collaboration with the business, demonstrating a strong internal customer-oriented approach.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end deployment projects, preferably in ERP like software implementation in a mid-size company.
  • Skilled in resource allocation and team capacity planning to maximise efficiency and meet project deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to handle unexpected challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Experience aligning IT with business initiatives and IT initiatives in order to improve cooperation and performance.
  • 5+ years of overall IT Experience.

Languages requirement:

  • Fluent English is a must.

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to participate in several projects in parallel.
  • Natural ability to go into details.
  • Hands on attitude.
  • Self-organised.
  • Flexible.
