• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for the delivery of complex AV and IT integration projects.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for high-end clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Technical Oversight: Work closely with AV engineers, designers, and IT teams to ensure technical solutions meet performance standards, client specifications, and aesthetic requirements.
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Source, manage, and liaise with third-party suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality execution of components and services.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial accountability across all phases of the project.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify potential project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep timelines and deliverables on track.
• Quality Control & Testing: Oversee system testing, commissioning, and sign-off processes to ensure installations meet both technical requirements and high-end visual/audio performance expectations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, change orders, and handover packages for both internal use and client reference.
• Post-Project Support: Coordinate training and support for clients post-installation and ensure a smooth handover to service or support teams when needed.
