As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing the team, assisting users remotely, and maintaining a smooth working environment for our teams. You will report to the Head of IT.What will you do?

  • Manage the team : Ensure that the tasks of other ServiceDesk members are respected, Help with goal implementation, Help with goal evaluation, Recruitment assistance, Help with the organization of the team’s work;
  • Physical and telephone reception of users : Organising the on call duties and ensuring that the permanences are respected;
  • Ticket Management : Regular review of KPIs;
  • IT Systems Support and Management : Monthly control of 4G consumption and mobile communication costs, inform users when costs overrun and/or abnormal 4G consumption;
  • Inventory and IT Hardware Management : Manage O365 licenses, teams phone;
  • SCCM/Intune deployments : In collaboration with the SCCM/Intune administrator, Deploy OS and application security updates / patches on the end-user machine park, Strives to keep the OS and application versions of the mashines end-users fleet harmonized;
  • Maintenance du Service Desk : Making sure everything is respected;
  • Moving and Installation
  • Arrivals and Departures Management
  • Deployments via Intune

This offer is for you if:

  • You have a technical degree in IT;
  • You have at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position;
  • You can have flexible working hours (8am to 6pm);
  • You have good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, iOS) and network environments;
  • You have good knowledge base on Active Directory, AD Azure, Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, Endpoint (Intune), Sharepoint;
  • Good understanding with communication protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,IMAP,POP,etc);
  • Experience with ticket management and support tools;
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • You have basic understanding of IT hardware (PCs, printers, peripherals,etc);
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and a team player;
  • ITIL certification is an advantage;
  • You are fluent in French and English.
