Coupa is Neste indirect procurement solution used by over 2500 employees. In Neste we have several other procurement applications and tents of other engineering applications.As the IT Solution Manager for Procurement and Engineering IT Solutions you will manage critical collaboration with procurement and engineering services. • End-to-end accountability for IT solution delivery and success incl. planning, roadmapping, development, maintenance & continuous efficiency improvement
• Ensures that the solution brings value to business and promotes user satisfaction
• Responsible for IT solution cost management & optimization
• Responsible for IT solution governance with Business, IT and partners
• Ensures that ITSM processes are being followed for their respective IT Solution
• Leads the IT partner ecosystem and drives partner success with good collaboration
• Accountable to facilitate IT solution related IT decisions in a timely manner
• Ensures compliance regarding licenses, audits, security and other compliance items
• Accountable for operational readiness of the IT solution after development project/stream
• Participates in Major Incidents & Crisis Management and acts as an escalation point
• Provides in depth understanding in own solution area on business processes, application functionality and respective dataflows
• Ensures correctness of the Solution knowledge base to secure high quality user support by the Service Desk and self service through knowledge base

Keys to success in this role

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience with purchasing solutions,for example Coupa invoicing, integrations to ERP systems,
• Experience with effective stakeholder management in maintenance and development.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and alignment abilities.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience with E2E processes
• Quick learner of new technologies with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Cooperative working style with positive attitude and ability to work parallel with several assignments
• Responsible attitude and safety-oriented mindset
