Google Workspace is central to our daily work and employee productivity, and effective end-user services, such as our service desk and on-site support, are essential.As the IT Solution Manager for Collaboration Tools and EUP, you will manage critical collaboration and employee devices and services, including Google Workspace, Microsoft tools, intranet, digital signage, meeting room technology, and employee devices and services. You will oversee the management of end-user devices including delivery processes for laptops and mobile phones, version upgrades and overseeing purchasing processes in cooperation with partners and internal stakeholders.
