This is what makes Konecranes a unique place to work.Job DescriptionWe are now looking for an IT Specialist, SAP Quality Management to join our SAP Agile Quality Development team.In this role, you will be working with Quality management processes related to SAP environment. Your daily responsibilities include Robotic process automation (RPA) and Test automation design, developments and implementations. You will work with Quality Management solutions, cooperate with SAP Agile Quality Development team and support business continuity. You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents of your industry.This position is hybrid-remote and based in Hyvinkää, Finland.Your key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions based on business requirements in SAP QM area with UiPath.
• Define and develop Test automation solutions for SAP QM area with Worksoft Certify.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and analyse automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA with other systems and applications.
• Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions, ensuring optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in RPA implementations.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection best practices in automation development.
• Document automation solutions, including design specifications, workflows, and test cases.
• Provide training and support to end-users on automated solutions.

• A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in IT or engineering.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience as an RPA developer, especially with UiPath, working on developments in SAP ECC and/or S/4Hana, including Fiori.
• Experience using Worksoft Certify in SAP environments.
• A good understanding of business and logistics processes, whether from your studies or previous roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills-you enjoy digging into complex automation issues and finding smart solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working like Scrum.
• Clear communication and documentation skills.
• A willingness to travel occasionally.
