Are you an experienced IT Supporter/IT Service Lead with a flair for process optimisation? Do you see yourself in a split role, where you spend half of your time as a local IT Supporter, and the other half as a Service Lead for dentsu across multiple markets? Then keep reading.Job Description:In the role of IT Supporter/IT Service Lead, you will solve daily tickets and provide onsite IT support to our end-users. You will work with our three other IT Supporters in Denmark, who are divided among the three locations. Each has its own location to service, but we help each other when needed. We do also have our Global Helpdesk which helps solve tickets from the users.Here in Denmark, we are more than 550 people working in our three locations: Christianshavn, Vesterbro, and Aarhus. dentsu Denmark is also a part of dentsu Northern Europe, which means that the IT department works together with dentsu is a leading global agency network covering 145 markets.This role reports in to Head of IT Support, Northern Europe, who has the overall responsibility across these markets. 50 % of your time, you will spend supporting him in improving the existing IT processes across the dentsu Northern Europe.Your key responsibilities include:
- Project Management on NE Projects together with our Head of IT-Support
- Process optimization
- Prepare users
- Install new Mac/PC’s
- Support for Windows 10, OSX, Mojave, Big Sure & Monterey, AD
- Maintain printers, AV-equipment, internal applications, etc.
- Your tasks can involve everything from starting trouble to a black screen to login issues
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience in IT Support
- Experience supporting both Mac- and Windows users (Mac OSX & iOS + Windows 10)
- You are a good communicator – both orally and in writing
- You are used to navigating in a high-performing environment. Preferably, you have experience with a large organisation serving many users.
- Image deployment, primarily JSS / Dep for Macs and Microsoft SCCM for PC
- Network patching
- Office365; Outlook, Flow, Teams, and the other Office365 products.
- InTune & Jamf
- ServiceNow – Ticket, Change Management system in general.
