Are you ready for an exciting IT support role based in Greenland?
NTT DATA Business Solutions is looking for a new colleague to join our team in a full-time position located at Royal Greenland’s office in either Nuuk or Ilulissat.You will be employed through NTT DATA Business Solutions – an international and fast-growing IT company with more than 5,500 customers worldwide. In the Nordic region, we are approximately 550 engaged colleagues working across borders to deliver innovative and reliable IT solutions.About the Position
You’ll be part of the Service Desk team supporting Royal Greenland – one of our key customers in Greenland. Please note that housing is not provided with this position.Your responsibilities include:1st and 2nd level support together with two colleagues in the local Service Desk teamProviding support via email, phone, and face-to-faceSupporting internal staff with both hardware and softwareAdministering Microsoft and Citrix solutions, and managing employee devicesWhat we offer:A great team spirit in an informal organization marked by strong engagementA varied and meaningful workdayA workplace culture driven by growth and successOpportunities for professional and personal development – we value our people and actively invest in their growthWe’re looking for someone who:Has at least 3 years of experience in IT supportIs experienced with Microsoft OS – especially Windows 10 (Windows Server knowledge is a plus)Knows the Office suite (O365), antivirus tools, and iOS/Android systemsCommunicates fluently in Danish and English – Greenlandic is an advantageIs service-minded, reliable, and flexibleKeeps calm and focused under pressureShares knowledge openly with colleaguesUnderstands the importance of being the face and voice of the Service DeskIs willing to travel to Royal Greenland locations across GreenlandYou’ll join a strong, skilled Service Desk team that values collaboration and delivering quality in everything we do.We look forward to hearing from you!
